Great experiance. Cleaning went very good no pain no problems.Dental hygienist is a great addition to your office. She was friendly and supporitve and very knowledgeable. I just wish i knew the total for the wife and i so i could have paid cash and not used the credt card. My bad should have called and ask $$$. The wife was already out the door with the check book and I was not ready to pay cash.

Great service by outstanding dentist and support staff. Dr Poz in addition to your excellent care everyone in the office is always kind, helpful, cheerful and reflects your leadership and mission. I am especially grateful for the way you have handled the Covid problem your office far exceeds any other medical facility I have visited during the pandemic. Keep up the good work!!!

Excellent doctors, techs and office staff. Always treated with kindness and respect! Excellent treatment! Never have we had a bad experience! Never have I waited longer than 5 minutes. They show my time matters as much as theirs! Recommend Dr. Poz to everyone!

I developed pain in my jaw and was able to get in for an emergency evaluation the same day. Dr. Hein took the time to thoroughly evaluate my situation, gave me a referral and told me step-by-step what to do. I still have the pain, but at least I have a game plan.

I usually really don’t like going to the dentist. But in this case I most definitely do not mind. I am always welcomed by the amazing and kind staff. They make you feel comfortable and answer questions you may have. COVID has provided so many obstacles and they have mastered it. I feel completely safe with the procedures they have in place. I think they are all amazing at what they do. Dr. Poz and his associates are amazing as well. They are easily the best dentist office in our area.

Even in these trying times, the dentist's office keeps itself prompt, professional, and polite. Dr. Poz was out recovering from shoulder surgery, but all his good DDS friends kept the world spinning for him. Christy cleaned and polished my teeth and between us, we kept our humor intact, and we each thoroughly enjoyed the visit. In the years I've been coming here, I've never met more positive people. Keep it up & see you next time.

Absolutely awesome first visit from the super clean office, very attentive staff (Sandy, Wendy, and Emily) and the very kind, knowledgeable and companionate Dr. Poz! I was so pleased with my first visit. Sandy was so caring, gentle, and thorough with my teeth cleaning. Dr. Poz was so very knowledgeable and caring while explaining everything he did as well as everything he saw on my x-rays. I feel very safe and confident in his care.
