As you know Governor DeWine has begun the phased reopening of our great state. While he has lifted our restrictions for closure, he has also allowed dental offices to reopen when they are fully prepared to safely treat patients.
We have made the decision as a team to delay our reopening just a bit to make sure that the new guidelines will be met. The health and safety of our patients, as well as our team, have always been foremost in our processes.
You know we consider dental health and continuing dental care an important part of your overall health. We want to assure you that our mission has not changed and your overall health is what we are considering now. It may not be in some patients’ best interest to see us right now due to underlying health issues and that will be addressed individually.
Thank you again for your patience as we ready our office setting with the proper safety processes. In order to comply with the new guidelines, we will be limiting the number of patients in the office and will resume care with phased scheduling. Some things will change like you won’t be able to see our smiles behind our masks and there will be new scheduling and check-in procedures. But our care, concern, and commitment to you will always remain.
In the near future, we will send a list of what to expect when we contact you to schedule. For now, know that we care about you and your safety – and we look forward to seeing you soon!
